Abstract

In the modern world, oil is not only the valuable raw material, but it also is the national currency and the important object of international policy. In Russia, oil-processing industry is rapidly developing since the 50-60s and its products are in demand both on the domestic and foreign markets. Russia's energy resources are mainly concentrated in the Eastern Siberia and the Far East and in this article, the authors consider the prospects of the oil-processing industry development in this region.
